Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (LOPC)
The Nurse Anesthetist will have the ability to pre-operatively evaluate the patient in a timely fashion, if needed, optimize the patient prior to elective surgery and be able to order necessary work up after discussion with Anesthesiologists. You will be assigned cases according to his/her experience, ability and complexity of the cases provided to him/her on a daily basis. You will have administrative responsibility for Medical Instrument Technician (Anesthesia tech). You should have the ability to be flexible and work congenially with not only anesthesia provider but all the OR crew. Clinical Functions: You will demonstrate current clinical practice and act as a consultant in nurse anesthesia practice.
