Provide Collaborative Nursing Support- including support in the queue, lab follow-up calls, administrative tasks.
Ability to work independently; monitor oral medications, maintain spreadsheets, and obtain prior authorizations.
Documents nursing assessments and patient teaching in the patient chart. Communicates all pertinent information and any interventions to the physician.
Demonstrates awareness of community resources available to patients and assists with referrals if necessary.
Manages patient medication refill requests from the pharmacy.
Participates in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations.

Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program
Current MN Licensure Required
Current CPR Certification is Required
IV Experience Desired
2-3 Years of Experience, Oncology Experience Preferred
