Licensed Practical Nurse (Ltc)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assigned to the VAPORHCS Rehabilitation and Long Term Care Division-Community Living Center functions as the Clinical Associate team member under the guidance of the Registered Nurse, but must be able to function independently and autonomously, according to established policies, procedures and practices. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
