Licensed Practical Nurse - Grandview Assisted Living (Full Time)
Job Summary: Assesses and implements the care plans for assisted living Activities of Daily Living (ADL) of residents within the assisted living and memory care community -- with the supervision of the Wellness Nurse. The LPN is also responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents as well as supervising the care given by CNAs and supportive staff members. They will also participate in resident and family teaching. The LPN will function as a resident advocate with a focus on the community's mission.
