SummaryThe Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct support to the Patient-Aligned Care Team (PACT) in the Primary Care Outpatient Clinic. The incumbent greets Veterans and gathers data through observation - questions - and vital signs and communicates this data to the RN and/or provider.
