NNP in Jacksonville, FL - Affordable Coastal Living
Responsibilities
Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks an experienced NNP to join our collaborative neonatology practice in Jacksonville, FL. Come enjoy a mild climate, reasonable cost of living, low tax burden and a high quality of life.
This is a full-time opening comprised of varying shifts ranging from 16 to 24-hours
Provide Level II NICU care
In addition to direct NICU patient care, the NNP role involves normal newborn care and delivery attendance
NNPs are NOT responsible for transport
Practice comprised of 6 neonatologists, 1 pediatrician and 16 advanced practice providers
Practice covers 4 hospitals, this position responsible for coverage of 2 hospital NICUs in the same healthcare system
Candidates must be comfortable working autonomously with a combination of in-house and on-call neonatologist supervision

Qualifications
Current APRN national specialty certification
Minimum of a masterâ™s degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Level III/IV NICU
