SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations and clinical staff to ensure a smooth efficient operation in office, lab, or infusion suite setting. The responsibilities include providing administrative, human resources, and regulatory oversight for office, lab, and outpatient infusion suite. Primary functions include management of staff and resources and oversight patient care, quality, clinical operations, expense targets, employee supervision, hiring decisions, work assignments, patient satisfaction, coaching and training, performance evaluation, and completing disciplinary actions in conjunction with Site Manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Five (5) years of RN experience

Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
