Infusion Suite Nurse
Potential for SIGN ON BONUS The Infusion Suite Nurse will support CarepathRx in our joint venture with AdventHealth. The RN/LPN is responsible for providing quality, cost effective care for patients that require intravenous therapy. We are looking for motivated, compassionate, and dedicated staff to serve our patients. Responsibilities Use the nursing process to plan and provide patient/family care. This includes assessing and evaluating needs and implementing effective care plans which are kept up to date, evaluated and documented. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain communication with other disciplines including nursing agency, pharmacist and physician.
