Licensed Vocational Nurse - Office of Community Care
The scope of service provided by the Licensed Practical Nurse for the Care in the Community Service is based on identified patient needs, consistent with the Veterans Health Administration Office of Community Care (VHA OCC). The Community Care LPN is responsible professionally and administratively to the Nurse Manager, Care in the Community and//or designee. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
