Practical Nurse
The LPN/LVN Nurse works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager; however, the Registered Nurse or physician provides work assignments designating general instructions regarding patients. The LPN/LVN will function at the top of his or her license. The LPN/LVN is responsible for observing, recording, and reporting changes in the patient's condition, as well as assisting in the development and revision of the patient-driven holistic life care plan.
