Atlantic Health System is seeking a Per-Diem Registered Nurse for Wound Healing Center at Hackettstown Medical Center.
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate will join a health care team in a Wound Healing Center that serves community members in an Outpatient clinic with physician/practitioners who specialize in Podiatry, Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Wound Healing and Infectious Diseases Management.
Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Purpose, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Inclusion and Extraordinary Caring) in every aspect of their job.
Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Valid New Jersey Nursing License Required
3-5 years of Acute care experience or Home Care
Wound Care Certification Preferred
