The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is part of the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) that provides clinical and technical support to patients receiving care in the primary care setting. The incumbent works independently under the direction of the PACT Registered Nurse (RN) and reports to Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) or the Clinic Nurse Manager (CNM). This position is located in Sierra Vista, CBOC in Primary Care. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
