This position is within Home Based Primary Care, Nursing service at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS), SE Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Gilbert, AZ. Either a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant will be selected for this position Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
