The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as a member of the Nursing Team in the Mental Health Service Line at the Salem VA Medical Center. The LPN provides care to Veterans with psychiatric and multiple medical diagnosis; and participates in interventions that promote the Veteran attaining and maintaining maximum functionality. The LPN provides direct patient care to all complexity levels of patient populations.
