Topeka: First Area of Consideration (AOC) will be given to NAGE permanent employees, Topeka VAMC. Second AOC will be given to permanent employees of EKHCS. Third AOC will be given to all other applicants. Leavenworth: First Area of Consideration (AOC) will be given to AFGE permanent employees, Leavenworth VAMC.
