LVN - Hematology Clinic - Full Time/Temporary SUMMARY: This position is accountable for providing proficient direct and indirect nursing care of patients/families assigned under the direction and supervision of a physician and/or Registered Nurse. LVN practice is performed within the scope of LVN licensure and in accordance with Valley Children's policies. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a High School Diploma or GED as well as successful completion of an accredited LVN program or equivalent. Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license is required as well as Basic Life Support (BLS). California IV Certification is preferred. Minimum of one (1) year related experience is preferred.
