Licensed Practical Nurse
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) embraces patient-family centered care principles. They practice excellent customer service in all work activities. The LPN must be poised and articulate in communicating with people of varied educational levels and varied ethnic backgrounds. The LPN assists and provides advice to beneficiaries seeking medical treatment, experiencing problems and requesting information. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide a full range of practical nursing care to patients with a variety of physical and/or behavioral problems.
