Oversees the daily administration of all Tenet stock incentive plans and awards, including stock options, restricted stock units, performance-based awards and employee stock purchases including all aspects of recordkeeping, reporting and reconciliation.This will include monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to business partners as well as ad hoc data request and special projects. This role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of all equity data to remain legally compliant with SOX and SEC rules and regulations and plan terms and conditions.This role will also work with internal and external partners to ensure the company offers competitive incentive levels to attract and retain talent while also helping to develop materials and communications to assist employee education.
Bachelorï¿½s Degree in Business, Finance, or Audit.
6-8 yearï¿½s stock plan administration experience with large publicly traded companies
Deep knowledge and experience with all facets of Fidelity Investments stock plan platforms
Working knowledge of SEC, legal, tax, and accounting implications associated with equity compensation
Ability to interpret and understand legal documents such as proxy, security regulation, government legislations and grant agreements
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, Audit, Financial Reporting and Human Resources
Exceptionally resourceful and very strong attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills with strong ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers and clients to help resolve issues
Effective organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
Must have drive and initiative
